BYAN, An Autumnal Spanish Feast, October 2025

Images from a bespoke autumnal feast created to celebrate BYAN Concept’s arrival in London. The menu reinterpreted classic Spanish flavours — Gildas, jamón, membrillo — through the lens of the English countryside, bringing a Spanish sensibility to British seasonal produce.

The mood was warm, textural and rooted in the shift of seasons: deep autumnal tones, soft light, and the quiet elegance of early winter. Each dish became a meeting point between landscapes — the earthiness of British autumn paired with the brightness and savoury depth of Spain.

An edible extension of BYAN’s identity, the menu honoured the brand’s heritage while welcoming its new London home — a gentle dialogue between cultures, crafted through flavour, colour and seasonal abundance..
