Food & Event Styling, Table Design and Production (including staffing for both food and drinks) : Creative styling and production for food presentations, events, and tablescapes (even when cooked food is not required).

Supper clubs: Collaborative gatherings that provide brands with an opportunity to market products while fostering networking among individuals from different industries.

Cakes & Canapés: Custom cakes for any occasion and elegant small bites, perfect for receptions and parties. (up to 100 people).

Private Dinners: Intimate meals tailored to your preferences. (up to 30 people - larger groups available upon request)

Chef Residencies: Unique opportunities for brands or venues to collaborate with me for a curated dining experience over a set period.

Lunches: Ideal for business or social gatherings. (buffet style possible for larger groups)

Cake Making and Icing Workshops: Learn to bake and decorate intricate, frilly cakes, with the option to prepare cakes in advance or on-site.

All menus are fully commissionable depending on the brief, and may be subject to what is available seasonally. Please note that these are concept menus or dishes designed for previous clients, for inspiration, essence, and examples of some of the images in my portfolio.
