Rosemary Hallgarten — Paris Design Week, January 2026

For the launch of Rosemary Hallgarten’s Paris Design week’s pop-up, the menu was conceived as a material-led expression of winter — tactile, sculptural, and intimate.

Rooted in seasonal produce and shaped by contrasts of softness and crunch, sweetness and smoke, each bite echoed the layered language of Rosemary’s work.

Designed to be held, examined and slowly experienced, the food moved between savoury and sweet with ease, alongside various cocktails, creating a cohesive, sensory backdrop for an evening in Paris Design Week.
