Une Maison à Saint Tropez, Summer 2025

Images over the span of a four week residency for the exhibition “Une Maison à Saint-Tropez, siesta, dream & lightness” at Isabelle Castanier Architecture on Places Des Lices in Saint Tropez. The exhibition highlights about 20 designers, artists, and craftsmen - the menu was inspired by the dreamy, calm, and airy mood of the exhibition.

Each bite highlights a different flavour and texture - crunch, crisp, salt, acid, and sweet - creating a sensory journey. The colours are chosen to harmonise with the yellow tones and palettes of the furniture; the menu, as an edible extension of the space, taking you on a journey through the exhibition.
